Assay enzymatic kit for dosage of Nitrates / Nitrites
Method: colorimetric spectrophotometry
To determine nitrates: Nitrate reductase + NADH to reduce nitrates to nitrites + colorimetric color reaction 1 and 2 and reading DO1.
To determine nitrite, no nitrate reductase, nor NADH: colorimetric color reaction 1 and 2 and reading DO2.
This assay kit of 100 tests is available in 25, under the reference: NITRATES-25C
We propose also nitrates dosage by UV method : NITRATES-25 or NITRATES-100
